I started this site shortly after celebrating my 35th birthday - as my way of passing on invaluable information that not only gave me the privilege of celebrating the milestone, but, as a way of thanking everyone who freely and joyfully shared the ancient secrets of essential oils with me and gave me a whole new lease on life and health by revealing aromatherapy tenets, ideas, tips, and more. Please note….when I discuss essential oils - their ancient secrets and uses, their modern uses, properties, etc, on this website, I am talking about pure, therapeutic grade essential oils that were carefully and thoughtfully grown, harvested and processed (as in ancient times).

I’ve tried many different brands of essential oils and have found one brand (and only one) that meets the quality and consistency standards that I believe must be met. This brand of essential oils is Young Living Essential Oils. If you choose to use any information on this site for your personal use, please understand that I wouldn’t dare use any other brand of essential oils on my skin, in my environment, or anywhere else that my loved ones or I would come into contact with. Please choose your brand of essential oils wisely and understand that labels are not always what they seem.

While I’m here…..all the “legal stuff”: I am not an aromatherapist, nor do I claim to be or even play one on TV. I am an artist, business owner, mother, daughter, sister, and holistic health coach. I am working on my Doctorate in Naturopathy, however, that was a decision I made after learning and experiencing the great benefits of natural care. The information that I share here is from personal research and experience and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Also, in the interest of full disclosure, if you’ve read my personal health journey, you know that I am an independent distributor for Young Living Essential Oils. To be perfectly honest, I became a distributor for selfish reasons (read my personal health journey story to find out more) - I wanted to purchase the high quality, very consistent essential oils for myself to use personally at a discount. I did not become a distributor for the income opportunity that Young Living Essential Oils represents. That being said, I am more than happy to accept the extra income from my Young Living Essential Oils business.

I do not, however, share this information with an expectation that you will purchase your essential oils from me.
